Pricing:

Prices of products are subject to change without any prior notice. Since the invoicing is done separately, we will contact the customer directly should there be any changes.

Refunds:

Goods will only be accepted for return should they be returned within 5 days of receiving them, still in their original packaging, and in their original condition. A handling fee of 20% will be charged. No electrical components are returnable. Should products have been specifically imported, they cannot be returned for credit. Should the customer wish to waiver the handling fee, the customer can exchange the goods for other goods of the same value.

The pictures used on the website are used for illustrative purposes. Although they are pictures of actual products that we have, and all products represented by the picture are from the same manufacturer, slight variations in colour, etc, may occur.

Availability:

Our products are subject to availability and sometimes do need to be reordered, however, should it be that what the customer has ordered is out of stock we will inform the customer accordingly and make every effort to get it to the customer in a timely manner.

We have a variety of fitment centers around South Africa. Click here to see what your options are. It is your responsibility to arrange to get your products fitted.

Shipping:

Shipping takes 3 – 5 working days, once the funds clear our account.

We offer free shipping on orders over R 3 000.00 within Southern Africa, any other countries would require 24 – 48 hours to obtain a shipment quote.

Special Offers:

Special offers on the website are only applicable to the website. We do not offer those offers when you call or email us to order.

Special orders:

We can do special orders, however, we request a 50% deposit before following through on that order.
